Madness

At the moment, the stratosphere over Norway is 30 degrees warmer than usual. This is a relatively “normal” condition in the middle of winter and makes for beautiful clear, cold days. It was -9 today at the beach, the sea was smoking because of the cold, but these hardy surfers were not deterred. (However, one of them said “Fuck me, I lasted 10 minutes, and now I can’t feel my hands or feet!”)

Since buying my first digital camera 8 years ago (a Fujifilm finepix f310 for those interested) I have been hooked on photography. I'm primarily interested in landscapes and static scenes, but recently I've discovered macro photography and wildlife photography too. My hobbies are golf, fishing, and travelling, so the photos necessarily reflect this.
