Jacob’s ladders

On our recent golf trip to St.Andrews we had some spectacular skies. Everything is so wide open out on the links and the sun was coming throught the clouds on the fields on the other side of the estuary.

Little church by night

It was midnight and the moon was up….not quite. 9 o’clock in the evening though, and the moon bit was true. Tanum kirke was really pretty last night, all floodlit and moonlit.

Raindrops

Sailing into the sunset

I was lucky enough to be asked to take some pictures for the Canon partner kick off yesterday. The partners were crewing these 37 foot sailing boats and the racing was hard. I got the best deal though. I got to ride on a dinghy that did 50 knots.

Misty sunrise

Autumn is definitely upon us. The days are getting shorter (I hate it) and the mornings are getting colder. With that comes the dew and mist that only seem to be really good at this time of year.
