  • Fisherman in the river

    In Italy the challenges facing fishermen are slightly different to the challenges facing us in Norway. Instead of rain gear, fleeces, woolly hats and waders they have – a parasol. They also fish in a different way, throwing bait into the sea and waiting for the fish to come.

    The last two posts have been of the bad weather side of Italy. Fortunately those days were a rarity. Beach life is good!

    The thunderstorm from last post retreated out to sea later in the evening. I used the “bulb” mode to keep the shutter open for as long as I could, in this case 1 minute 30 seconds.
