Like I keep saying it’s been raining a lot recently and today was no exception. Yesterday, however was great. Warm(ish) autumn sunshine made for a perfect day for a walk round the neighbourhood. I came across this little trough with a homemade drainpipe leading to it. This weeks photofriday challenge is slick.
Flom
Did I mention that it’s been raining? A lot? The river usually meanders along at about 5 cubic metres a second. Today it peaked at 94! I think the word unfishable applies. Except for the guy who fished with worms and got 3 in four casts. Bastard.
Leafdrops
It’s been raining here the last few days, and being outside isn’t fun. But hey, rain can leave drops on leaves right?

Do they ever get full? Baby ducks certainly bother their mother a lot…..
