I was lucky enough to be invited to be part of a team competing in the Strand Invitational Barbecue Championship today. Arve Serigstad and Jan Vidar Jacobsen were the other two on the team. Our happy amateur team came a creditable 4th out of 12. What a great way to spend a Sunday!
